1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the SCAL Travel website and any bookings made through it. SCAL Travel is a travel agency registered in Ul. Bulevar Makedonsko-Kosovska Brigada 1, Skopje, North Macedonia. For any questions, contact us at info@scaltravel.com.

2. Booking process

When you submit a booking on our website, you are making a booking request. The booking becomes binding only once we confirm availability with the relevant airline and hotel and payment has been received. Until confirmation, prices and availability may change.

3. Prices and payments

All prices shown on the website are in EUR unless otherwise stated and include the base cost of flights and hotels as provided by our suppliers. Additional charges (baggage, seat selection, transfers, travel insurance) may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.

Payment is collected by SCAL Travel via a secure payment link after the booking request is verified. Supported methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash (where applicable). A deposit may be required for high-value bookings.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the airline and hotel policies at the time of booking, and are communicated on the quote we send you. Many of our packages include free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure; some deeply discounted tickets and rooms are non-refundable. See our cancellation policy for details.

5. Passports, visas, and travel documents

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records) for your destination. We will advise where we can, but we cannot be held responsible if you are refused entry or boarding due to missing or invalid documents.

6. Liability

SCAL Travel acts as an intermediary between you and airlines/hotels. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for acts of suppliers, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest), or indirect losses arising from your trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

7. Data protection

Personal data you provide during the booking process is used to arrange your travel and is shared only with the suppliers necessary to complete your booking (airlines, hotels, transfer operators). See our privacy policy for full details.

8. Website use

Prices shown through the live search are indicative based on our partner feeds at the time of display and are confirmed at booking. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from this website without written permission. All content, including the logo and brand, is the property ofSCAL Travel.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Skopje. Where consumer protection laws of your country of residence offer stronger rights, those rights apply in parallel.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms. Changes apply to bookings made after the update date.
